Spring in Alaska. Running two of three evaporators off of my solar system. Each one pulls 1500W so I have to switch over from my winter 3KW inverter to my main 10KW inverter to run the third hot plate. The fan increases evaporation rate and causes everything to go faster and run without boiling the sap. Some say to boil it and others say it damages the vitamins in it. In the past, Ive boiled it during jarring but this year I will try the no boil and then freeze the jars.

Eli My son, Eli, at his piano lesson today. I’m proud of the hard work he’s put in learning this piece. He had taken a break from piano lessons for this school year, but a few months ago, I noticed he had printed out this piece off the internet.
