Welcome Brittney! I think you're going to have lots of valuable feedback for me, based on your work experience. I'm envisioning how to handle support issues when there are millions of users here. I'm thinking a robust ticketing system is the best solution? Perhaps paying "Pro" members get "Live Chat" support or "Phone Support"... thoughts?
